This is a very good restaurant.Location, food, and service is nice.I&#39;ve been there with my family in august 24.Even if this is a smart and Michelin star restaurant, they were been very kind even with our dog, offering him water.Just a suggestion: booking with the fork, it seems possible to chose a 40/45&euro;&nbsp;menu or order a la carte, but this is available just for lunch. I think could be fair be clear on this.Anyway I suggest this place.

Loiseau des Ducs

Was happy to see the Bresse chicken on the menu. Nicest place open on a Sunday. Great location to sit out on the square and just enjoy. Tiramisu was an interesting take, very good.

A large restaurant, everything looks clean and nice, the service is good, the food did not excite us, there are dishes that the waiter puts on a bit of a show with a flambe at the table, a gimmick, there are dessert and cheese carts that are brought to the table to choose, amusing, the steak was brought for approval before it went on the grill, I was not  Ordering it again, and I was also recommended the expensive steak on the menu, I liked the chicken dish better.  The steak came with a ridiculous garnish of a purple onion slice on the steak.

Came here last night with our dog , who was made to feel more than welcome .Service was quick and the food was superb especially the beef bourguignon , delicious. Would highly recommend le fine heurs

The ambiance was a bit cold and uninteresting.  The food was good.  The experience was marred by the service.  The staff seemed overwhelmed and rushed.  Pacing was terrible.  Disappointed and would not recommend.

Not great! There are far better restaurants in Dijon in my view. This place was so-so and I would not recommend. The food was average at best and the service was not great.

It was a pleasant surprise to find the enchanting terrase dining tucked behind the main indoor dining area of the restaurant set like the backyard of a country home. Service staff were an amazing team. Well coordinated and attentive and certainly very proud to be of service to the customers. Food was exquisite and defintely very good value!

Dijon not only has many famous attractions, but also has a lot of great food. This Loiseau des Ducs restaurant is very famous. This restaurant has a great environment and the food tastes great.

This is a Michelin-star restaurant, my favorite is the dessert here, the chef&#39;s skills are really superb, every dish he is very particular, whether it is visual or taste, give people great enjoyment.

Their canette was the best I have ever tasted (and I live in Paris. ) The restaurant can afford to offer Premium cru wine by the glass, which is rare in Paris.   I loved the seasonality in their velout or potage of butternut and cute paste dots, adding depth to the sauce.  The service was very attentive.  I was apprehensive about dining at Dijon&#39;s institution because I am a Japanese woman, but they were all courteous.

Welcoming staff. Beautiful venue. Starting with a refreshing cocktail, followed by a culinary journey of anticipation and deliciousness. Accommodating my lactose allergy, I was presented with versions of similar courses that had nuanced flavors and delicate textures. Enchanted with their amuse bouche of dairy and non dairy delights, our first course choice, a &lsquo;mushroom medley&rsquo;- my pedestrian term- of lightly saut&eacute;ed blends of baby cremini, shiitake, and shaved croutons for added crunch and texture, highlighted with shaved fresh mushrooms and the tiniest bit of herb- delightful and delicious. Must try!My second course, the duck, generous and meaty. Full of umami flavors. I did need to send it back to get it cooked a bit more. I prefer poultry with no signs of rareness, just me. It would have been nice to see a crispy sear on the duck skin, therefore I didn&rsquo;t eat it. This plate was presented with white foam and a medley of vegetables. Rhubarb sorbet, refreshing finished our meal.

A really delicious meal in a great setting: Le Central was a fab surprise for us. I&#39;d like to add that I have celiac&#39;s disease and must eat strictly gluten-free, and they not only had gluten-free bread, but were very knowledgable about their menu options. Highly recommend asking for a table with a view of the &laquo;open&raquo; kitchen as well. Merci beaucoup for a great experience!

Lovely food, wine and great service.  La Closerie is the restaurant of a hotel, it has a small but perfectly formed menu.  Our group had the Lamb, Pork and Cod, all were excellent.  A good choice of wine by the glass and an excellent full wine list.  Good value for the quality of food.  It&rsquo;s classic French cooking, almost no vegetables so if you want some remember to order as an addition.  It&rsquo;s a little m confusing to find, if you type the name into Google you arrive at a different looking restaurant- but one that is part of the hotel as well.  Following the address listed gets you there with less confusion.  I&rsquo;d thoroughly recommend - great food and service in a calm and beautiful atmosphere.
